Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Good Faith Estimates
(No Surprises Act)

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.

This estimate includes:

  • The type of services you may receive
  • The expected number of visits
  • The total anticipated cost over a 12 month period

We provide this estimate before your first appointment and are happy to answer any questions.

Out of Network Patients

If we’re not in-network with your plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits.

We can provide:

  • A detailed receipt (superbill)
  • Guidance on submitting claims
  • Support navigating reimbursement
